Valentine’s Day 2027 falls on Sunday, Feb. 14. It is four months away, and most Boca Raton venues announce Valentine’s dinners and events in January. The city’s spring program guide, which lists its Valentine’s classes, is published Dec. 1. What is confirmed so far is a play that opens that weekend at the city’s Willow Theatre. Below are last year’s city programs, clearly marked as 2026, so you know what to look for, and our year-round date ideas.

Confirmed for 2027

“Now and Then,” Feb. 12-21, 2027, Willow Theatre, Sugar Sand Park, 300 S. Military Trail. Curtain Call Playhouse presents Sean Grennan’s dramatic comedy, set in 1981: a bartender and his girlfriend are offered $2,000 each by a mysterious older man to sit and talk with him, which turns into an encounter about choices, regret and love. Fridays and Saturdays at 7 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays at 1 p.m.; 120 minutes with an intermission; rated PG-13. Tickets are $45, or $40 each for groups of six or more.

What the city did in 2026

These are 2026 dates; the 2027 versions have not been announced.

  • How to Use Cricut: Valentine’s Day Card, Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2026, Downtown Library: a free class for adults on designing a card with a Cricut machine.
  • Embossing: Card Making for Tweens and Teens, Saturday, Feb. 7, 2026, Downtown Library: free, ages 9 to 17.
  • Friday Night at the Museum, Friday, Feb. 13, 2026, Children’s Science Explorium: an after-hours pizza party, movie and science experiment for ages 7 to 11, 6 to 9:30 p.m. ($30 residents, $37.50 nonresidents). The Explorium runs it monthly, so parents can plan a dinner out.

No Boca Raton restaurant had posted a Valentine’s 2027 menu when we checked. Restaurants that publish their dinner hours and wine lists year-round, including Casa D’Angelo, Twenty Twenty Grille and Arturo’s, are in our date night guide. Valentine’s falls on a Sunday in 2027, when some of them close earlier: Casa D’Angelo lists Sunday dinner until 9 p.m., and Twenty Twenty Grille until 9:30 p.m. Book early.
