Boca Raton's legal notices are published on Palm Beach County's official notice website and the city's Public Notices page. This is an index, not the official record.
Last checked Oct. 8, 2026. This page is an index for convenience. It is not the official publication of any notice. The legally required notice is the one on the official website or in the publication named below.
Florida lets cities publish legally required notices on their county’s designated public website instead of only in a newspaper. Boca Raton made that switch on May 1, 2024, under section 50.0311 of the Florida Statutes, according to the City Clerk’s notice (PDF). Hearings on rezonings, new ordinances, budgets and elections are announced there.
