The stadium
Flagler Credit Union Stadium is FAU’s football stadium. The university’s athletics department says it opened in 2011 and seats 30,000, with a natural grass field and palm trees in its southwest corners. It was formerly called FAU Stadium. FAU says the Atlantic Ocean and the Boca Raton beaches are about 1.8 miles away.
Premium seating at the stadium includes luxury suites in the west tower, field-level cabanas, an indoor club and an open-air deck, according to FAU.
Teams and kickoff time
College bowl matchups are set after the regular season ends. When we checked on Oct. 8, the ESPN Events schedule listed the date, stadium and network but no teams or kickoff time. We will add both here as soon as the bowl announces them.
